Wipro has informed that the Board of Directors of the company at their meeting held on January 12, 2022, which concluded at 3:30 pm considered and approved the following: Pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the company enclosed Standalone and Consolidated financial results under lndAS and Audited Consolidated financial results under IFRS for the quarter ended December 31, 2021, together with the Auditor's Report. The financial results are also being made available at the Company's website www.wipro.com; and an interim dividend of Rs 1 per equity share of par value Rs 2 each to the Members of the Company as on January 24, 2022, being the Record Date. The payment of Interim Dividend will be made on or before February 5, 2022.
