Coal India has informed that under Secretary to the Govt. of India, Ministry of Coal vide letter No. 21/16/2016-ASO/BA dated 13th January 2022 has communicated the appointment of Bhola Singh CMD, Northern Coalfields as a Permanent Invitee in CIL Board vice P K Sinha until further orders. This is as per Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015.
