-2.45 (-0.24%) State Bank of India (SBI) has raised $ 300 million from Regulation S Formosa bonds offering a coupon of 2.49 per cent. Formosa bond is a bond issued in Taiwan.
The bonds will be listed on Taipei Exchange (TPEx), Singapore Exchange Securities Trading (SGX-ST) and India International Exchange IFSC (India INX).
SBI is the country’s largest lender and it offers a wide range of services in the Personal Banking, Agriculture/ Rural, NRI services, SME and Corporate Banking etc.
