In terms of the provisions of Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Apollo Pipes has informed that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday, 24th day of January, 2022, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2021, and any other matter as may be considered appropriate by the Board. Further, as intimated by its letter dated 30th December, 2021, the Trading Window in terms of Company's Code of internal procedures and conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by Insiders and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, is already closed from 1stJanuary, 2022 and shall re-open on 27th January, 2022.
