Pursuant to the Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015, Tata Consumer Products has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Wednesday, February 2, 2022, through video-conference/other audio-visual means, to consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and period ended on December 31, 2021 and to take on record the Limited Review Reports of the Auditors thereon. As intimated vide its letter dated December 23, 2021, in terms of Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window of the Company is closed from December 25, 2021 till 48 hours after the said financial results are declared to the Stock Exchanges. The same has been informed to the Designated Persons in accordance with the above referred Code of Conduct.
