Mastek informs about newspaper advertisement of corrigendum to postal ballot notice
Date: 17-01-2022With reference to the Postal Ballot Notice dated December 17, 2021 seeking Members’ approval of the Company for issue of 254,755 equity shares under private placement basis. In this regard, Mastek has informed that it enclosed a copy of the Corrigendum issued by the Company in the ‘The Financial Express’ (Ahmedabad) in Gujarati dated January 17, 2022. This Corrigendum should be read in conjunction with Postal Ballot Notice dated December 17, 2021
