Newgen Software Technologies gets nod to incorporate wholly owned subsidiary

Newgen Software Technologies has received approval from board of directors for incorporation of a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company in United Arab Emirates and to make initial investment upto 5 million Arab Emirates Dirham in the proposed subsidiary by subscribing to its share capital. 

The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 18,2022 has approved the same.
