Kotak Mahindra Bank has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 28/01/2022, to consider and approve and take on record the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Bank for the quarter (Q3) and nine months ended December 31, 2021 along with the limited review report of the Statutory Auditors on the same. Further, informed that pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in accordance with the Trading Code of Conduct of the Bank, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Bank is closed from Saturday, January 1, 2022 and the same would be open for trading, 48 hours after the declaration of the Financial Results of the Bank.
