Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) and other applicable regulations of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Hindustan Unilever has informed that Registrar and Transfer Agent of Company- KFin Technologies has received information regarding loss of Share Certificates and request for issuance of duplicate Share Certificates from the shareholders. The details of the same are attached. The company shall issue the duplicate Share Certificates only after the necessary formalities are carried out by the Shareholders.
