Bajaj Finance has received approval from board of directors to invest up to Rs 2,500 crore and Rs 400 crore respectively, in wholly owned subsidiaries -- Bajaj Housing Finance and Bajaj Financial Securities. The board of directors at its meeting held on January 18, 2022 has approved the same.
