Date: 20-01-2022Mastek has informed that the Board of Directors, at their meeting held on Wednesday, January 19, 2022, has transacted, approved and taken on record the following items of Business: the Board of Directors has approved and taken on record the Unaudited Financial Results for the third quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2021; both Consolidated and Standalone prepared in terms of Regulation 33 of SEBI Listing Regulations. Pursuant to Regulation (33)(3)(d) of the SEBI Listing Regulations, the Statutory Auditors of the Company, Walker Chandiok & Co LLP, Chartered Accountants, have issued a Limited Review Report with unmodified opinion on the Unaudited Financial Results (Consolidated & Standalone) for the third quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2021.
