Ultratech Cement Ltd.

UltraTech Cement has executed a Share Purchase Agreement for acquiring 100% equity shares in National Limestone Company, subject to receipt of applicable regulatory approvals.  The equity shares will be acquired at a price of Rs 23 crore. The object of the said acquisition is to access to limestone mining reserves for the operations of the company.

UltraTech Cement is the largest manufacturer of grey cement, Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) and white cement in India.
