Intellect Design Arena has informed that the Members of the Stakeholders' Relationship Committee of Board of Directors of the Company vide its Circular Resolution dated January 20, 2022 approved the allotment of 11,675 equity shares to 11 associates under ISOP 2015 Scheme, the allotment of 850 equites shares to 3 associates under ISOP 2016 Scheme and allotment of 22,555 equity shares to 12 associates under Intellect Incentive Plan Scheme 2018 on January 21, 2022.
