JSW Steel reports 69% rise in Q3 consolidated net profit

JSW Steel has reported results for third quarter ended December 31, 2021.

The company has reported a rise of 21.03% in its net profit at Rs 3424 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 2829 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 50.68% at Rs 29244 crore for Q3FY22 as compared Rs 19408 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

On the consolidated basis, the company has reported a rise of 69.20% in its net profit at Rs 4516 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 2669 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 73.20% at Rs 38225 crore for Q3FY22 as compared Rs 22006 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
