Tech Mahindra has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 01/02/2022 to consider and approve the unaudited Standalone and unaudited Consolidated financial results of the Company for the third quarter (Q3) and nine months ended 31st December, 2021. As intimated on 30th December, 2021, in terms of the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading in Securities of Tech Mahindra, the Trading Window has been closed from 1st January, 2022 and will reopen 48 hours after the announcement of Financial Results by the Company.
