Natco Pharma has informed that the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company has allotted 1,55,000 equity shares of Rs 2 each (Face Value) on 28th January, 2022 by way of resolution passed by circulation to the eligible employees who had exercised their vested options under the Company's Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2017 (ESOS). The said equity shares shall rank with the existing equity shares of the Company in all respects including dividends and corporate benefits, if any, to be declared by the Company. Resultantly, the paid-up share capital of the Company will be Rs 36,50,40,330 divided into 18,25,20,165 equity shares of Rs 2 each.
