Infosys shines on entering into partnership with Sacombank

Infosys is currently trading at Rs. 2,309.95, up by 15.85 points or 0.69% from its previous closing of Rs. 2294.10 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 2305.05 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 2323.00 and Rs. 2305.05 respectively. So far 16,000 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 5 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 2990.00 on 22-Feb-2012 and a 52 week low of Rs. 2101.65 on 26-Jul-2012.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 2398.00 and Rs. 2284.10 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 1, 32,644 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 16.04% while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 57.75% and 14.59% respectively.

Infosys has entered into a partnership with Saigon Thuong Tin Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Sacombank) whereby the software major will be implementing the new generation Finacle e-banking & mobile banking solution in the bank. The bank will install Finacle’s consumer e-banking, corporate e-banking and mobile banking solutions.

The solutions will enable the bank to develop sophisticated Internet banking products and services with faster roll out times, targeted at improving customer satisfaction.

Finacle’s e-banking solution will enable Sacombank customers to use advanced online functions and services such as personal financial management, liquidity management and online L/C. Corporate clients, in particular, can submit payment orders via mobile phone after the e-banking system upgrade that is scheduled for December next year.
