As per SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Mphasis has informed that the ESOP Compensation Committee of the Board, vide its resolution dated 4 February 2022, approved allotment of shares on 5 February 2022, as per the details are attached, against exercise of the Employee Stock Options (ESOPs) under Employee Stock Options Plan 2016 (ESOP 2016). The terms and time period of exercise of the Employee Stock Options is as per the ESOP 2016, which has already been submitted with the Stock Exchanges.
