Date: 08-02-2022With reference to earlier letter intimating notice of meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company which is scheduled to be held on February 14, 2022, to consider, approve and take on record Un- Audited Financial Results of the Company (Standalone & Consolidated) for the 3rd quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2021, Coal India has now informed that in the said meeting the Board will also consider Payment of Second Interim Dividend for 2021-22, if any. The Company has already closed its 'Trading Window' under 'Code Of Internal Procedures And Conduct For Prevention Of Insider Trading In Securities Of Coal India Limited' on 27th December 2021 and it will re-open on 17th February 2022.
