Infosys, a global leader in consulting and technology has been awarded the No. 1 spot globally for its   corporate governance practices by IR Global Rankings (IRGR). IRGR is the most comprehensive technical ranking system for investor relations websites, corporate governance practice and financial disclosure procedure. The 14th annual edition of IRGR saw participation from more than 280 companies from 45 countries this year.  

In the global technology sector, IR Global Rankings awarded Infosys the No 1 spot for corporate governance and No 2 spot for its financial disclosures policies. In the regional rankings for Indian, IR Global ranked Infosys first in three categories: corporate governance practices, financial disclosure procedures and investor relations websites.
