Hindalco Industries reports 96% rise in Q3 consolidated net profit

Hindalco Industries has reported results for third quarter ended December 31, 2021.

The company has reported 4- fold jump in its net profit at Rs 1388 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 340 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 57.75% at Rs 18198 crore for Q3FY22 as compared Rs 11536 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

On the consolidated basis, the company has reported a rise of 95.79% in its net profit at Rs 3675 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 1877 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 43% at Rs 50453 crore for Q3FY22 as compared Rs 35281 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
