Reliance Power posts net profit of Rs 274.54 crore for Q4

Reliance Power has announced the results for the year ended March 31, 2011.

The company’s net profit after tax marginally increased 0.47% to Rs 274.54 crore for the year ended March 31, 2011 as compared to Rs 273.23 crore for the year ended March 31, 2010. Its total income has increased from Rs 388.07 crore for the year ended March 31, 2010 to Rs 471.52 crore for the year ended March 31, 2011.

On consolidated basis, the group has posted an increase of 11% in its net profit after tax of Rs 760.44 crore for the year ended March 31, 2011 as compared to Rs 683.89 crore for the year ended March 31, 2010. Total Income has increased from Rs 843.38 crore for the year ended March 31, 2010 to Rs 1892.48 crore for the year ended March 31, 2011.
