Datamatics Global Services has completed the acquisition of remaining 2.58% stake in Datamatics Staffing Services (DSSL), a subsidiary of the company from the promoters and other existing shareholders. With this, Datamatics Staffing Services has become wholly owned subsidiary of the company. The objective of the acquisition is to convert DSSL into a wholly-owned subsidiary in order to consolidate the company’s position in DSSL.
