Shriram Transport Finance Company has raised Rs 900 crore through senior secured rated, listed, redeemable, Non-convertible debentures (NCD) and allotted 8.56% p.a., 9000 NCDs having face value of Rs 10 lakh. 100% of the proceeds of the Issue shall be utilised towards Onward Lending and/or Refinancing existing debt and/or General Corporate Purpose.
