Further to its intimation dated January 27, 2022, under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations with respect to incorporation of wholly owned subsidiary of the Company as Non- Banking Finance Company, Zomato has informed that Zomato Financial Services, wholly owned subsidiary of the Company has been incorporated on February 25, 2022. The company has attached is the copy of certificate of incorporation as Annexure-I issued by Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
