Date: 11-03-2022Mahindra & Mahindra has informed that in reference to the earlier disclosures given by the Company regarding the complaint filed by Fiat Chrysler Automobile US, LLC (FCA) pertaining to the Trade Design of the Roxor Vehicle with the United States International Trade Commission (ITC) against the Company and Mahindra Automotive North America (MANA), a subsidiary of the Company. The company is giving details of the development in relation to the proceedings, as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 9th September, 2015 in Annexure A. The company enclosed a Summary of the earlier disclosures made by the Company in Annexure B along with a copy of the last intimation dated 24th December, 2020 in Annexure C.
