SBI Life Insurance Company has informed that, the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, March 22, 2022 to consider and recommend payment of interim dividend for the Financial Year 2021-22, if any. The Record date of March 30, 2022 has been fixed for the purpose of entitlement of the shareholders to the interim dividend for the Financial Year 2021-22, if any declared by the Board of Directors of the Company. The trading window for trading in the equity shares of the Company shall remain closed from March 15, 2022 to March 24, 2022 for all the directors, employees of the Company and their immediate relatives, in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
