Coal India has informed that it enclosed copies of the newspaper advertisement published on March 15, 2022, informing about the completion of dispatch of the Postal Ballot Notice to the Members of the company through electronic mode. The Notice has been published in the following newspapers:  Mint - All Editions (in English language) and Bartaman- Kolkata Edition (in Bengali language). The newspaper advertisements may also be accessed on the website of the Company, www.coalindia.in. This is in pursuance of Regulations 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
