Date: 15-03-2022Mahindra & Mahindra has informed that Mahindra Susten Bangladesh (‘MSBPL'), which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Mahindra Susten ('MSPL') which in-turn is a wholly owned subsidiary of Mahindra Holdings ('MHL') and which in-turn is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, had convened the final extra ordinary general meeting of its shareholders on 15th March, 2022 and approved the final voluntary winding up of MSBPL. Hence, MSBPL has been liquidated and has ceased to be in existence with effect from 15th March, 2022. Pursuant to the above, MSBPL has ceased to be a Subsidiary of MSPL, MHL and that of the Company with effect from 15th March, 2022.
