Date: 16-03-2022Datamatics Global Services has informed that further to the Letter dated February 11, 2022 submitting the Notice of Postal Ballot dated February 11, 2022 issued to the members of the Company for seeking approval the Members of the Company by way of Special Resolution through Postal Ballot through the remote e-Voting process for approval of resolutions, Approval of Datamatics Global Services’s Performance Based Employee Stock Option Plan 2022 (PSOP 2022) for eligible employees of Datamatics Global Services (Company) and To grant Stock Options to the employees of the Subsidiary Company(ies) and/or its Group (present and/or future) under the Datamatics Global Services Limited’s Performance Based Employee Stock Option Plan 2022 (PSOP 2022). In this regard, the company informed that the above Resolutions has been passed by the Members of the Company with requisite majority on March 14, 2022, being the last date of voting.
