Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, INEOS Styrolution India has informed about the request received by the Company to issue duplicate share certificates. Its RTA will issue duplicate share certificates subject to completion of required formalities by the claimants/shareholders and approvals, if any.
