Nelco informs about trading window closure
Date: 23-03-2022Nelco has informed that as per ‘Tata Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading’(Code) adopted by the Company read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, the Trading Window for dealing in the Company's securities will be closed between 25th March 2022 till the 48 hours after the Audited financial results for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2022 are declared to the Stock Exchanges.
