Zomato has dissolved its step down subsidiary -- Zomato Canada Inc (Zomato Canada). Zomato Canada was not material subsidiary of the company and the closure of Zomato Canada does not affect the turnover/revenue of the company.

In 2014, Zomato had entered into Canadian food delivery territory with about $10 million as a part of its expansion strategy and as a useful segue into the US markets.

Zomato is an Indian multinational restaurant aggregator and food delivery company founded by Pankaj Chaddah and Deepinder Goyal in 2008. It provides information, menus and user-reviews of restaurants as well as food delivery options from partner restaurants in select cities.
