Pursuant to the provisions of Listing Regulations and in accordance with the Company’s Code of Conduct to regulate monitor and report trades in securities by Designated Persons, Hindalco Industries has informed that the trading window to deal in securities of the Company will remain closed from 1st April, 2022 till expiry of 48 hours after dissemination of financial results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2022. The date of Board meeting of the Company for declaration of financial results for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2022 will be intimated in due course.
