In terms of Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons ('Code of Conduct') framed in accordance with Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, Data Patterns (India) has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in the Shares of the Company, shall remain closed with effect from Friday, 1st April, 2022 till the end of 48 hours after the announcement/declaration of Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and year ended 31st March, 2022.
