With reference to the clarification sought by the good office, Mindteck (India) has informed that the Company has made all the required disclosures pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and has not withheld any material information/event that in the opinion of Board of Directors would have any bearing on the price movement of Mindteck scrip. Further, the Company has been reporting all applicable disclosures, within the stipulated time and shall continue to do so. There is no other Price Sensitive Information available with the Company as on date, which needs to be disclosed to the Stock Exchange.
