Ramco Middle East will carry out business operations in Saudi Arabia. The Company's share capital is 5 lakh Saudi Riyals divided into 5 lakh shares of SAR 1 each. After completing the post incorporation activities, the infusion of capital into the said WOS by the company will be made shortly.
