Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Mindteck (India) has informed that the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent of the Company, Universal Capital Securities has received the requests for issuance of duplicate share certificate with respect to the Shareholders. The duplicate share certificate will be issued, and the corresponding shares will be transferred to the respective Demat account only after the receipt of all necessary documents from the Claimant.
