Websol Energy System has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today have decided the following: appointment of Vishal Patodia, as a Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company for a period of 5 years with effective from 18th April, 2022 to 17th April, 2027 subject to approval of shareholders at the ensuing General Meeting of the Company. The brief profile of Vishal Patodia is attached as Annexure-I; Appointment of Dipti Budhia (DIN: 03076890) as a Non-Executive Director of the Company with effective from 18th April, 2022 subject to approval of shareholders at the ensuing General Meeting of the Company. The brief profile of Dipti Budhia is attached herewith as Annexure-I; and to take note of resignation of Sushma Khaitan (DIN: 00132305) from the Board of Directors of the Company owing to personal reasons with effective from 18th April, 2022.
