Shriram Transport Finance Company has raised Rs 700 crore through Senior, Secured, Rated, Listed, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) on private placement basis and allotted 7000 NCDs having face value of Rs 10 lakh each. Date of maturity will be April 18, 2024. The allotment committee - NCDs of the company in its meeting held on April 18, 2022, approved and allotted the same.
