Pursuant to Regulation 29(1)(a) and Regulation 50(1)(c) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘Listing Regulations’), Kotak Mahindra Bank has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of Bank will be held on Wednesday, May 4, 2022 to (a) consider and approve the Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results of the Bank for the quarter / financial year ended March 31, 2022 and (b) recommend dividend on equity shares, if any, for the financial year ended March 31, 2022. Further, pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in accordance with the Trading Code of Conduct of the Bank, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Bank is closed from Friday, April 1, 2022 and the same would open for trading, 48 hours after the declaration of the aforesaid Financial Results of the Bank. This intimation is also being hosted on the Bank’s website www.kotak.com in terms of the Listing Regulations, as amended.
