BSEL Infrastructure Realty reappoints whole time director

BSEL Infrastructure Realty has informed that the board of directors of the company at its meeting held on  December 27, 2012, has re-appointed Disha Devrukhkar as whole time director, subject to the approval of members of the company in general meeting for the period of one year i.e. from December 28, 2012 to December 27, 2013.

Further, the board accepts resignation tendered by Vijay Jain, non- executive independent director of the company.
