In terms of the provisions of Regulation 29 of SEBJ (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Apollo Pipes has informed that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, 6th day of May, 2022, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2022,  recommendation of Dividend on Equity Shares, if any and any other matter as may be considered appropriate by the Board. Further, as intimated by through its letter dated 30th March, 2022, the Trading Window in terms of Company's Code of internal procedures and conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by Insiders and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, is already closed from 1st April, 2022 and shall re-open on 9th May, 2022.
