Zomato informs about non applicability of large entities
Date: 30-04-2022With reference to SEBI Circular- SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2018/144 dated November 26, 2018 in respect to fund raising by issuance of debt securities by large corporates and disclosures thereunder, Zomato has informed that the company doesn't fulfil the criteria specified in Para 2.2 of the above mentioned SEBI Circular and hence does not fall in the category of ‘Large Corporate’ as defined under the aforesaid circular.
