Adani Enterprises’ subsidiary -- Mumbai International Airport (MIAL) has acquired 100% stake of Regency Convention Centre and Hotels. The acquisition is in furtherance of the strategic objectives of the Company to undertake investments which provide synergistic benefits to the existing businesses of the Adani Group. The cost of acquisition is Rs 64 crore.

Adani Enterprises is an infrastructure company. The company is engaged in coal trading, coal mining, oil and gas exploration, ports, multimodal logistics, power generation and transmission, and gas distribution.
