JSW Energy has reported results for fourth quarter and year ended March 31, 2022.

The company has reported a rise of 79.34% in its net profit at Rs 156.85 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 87.46 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 50.69% at Rs 1,112.22 crore for Q4FY22 as compared Rs 738.08 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

On the consolidated basis, the company has reported over 8-fold jump in its net profit at Rs 877.44 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 104.75 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 64.46% at Rs 2,654.61 crore for Q4FY22 as compared Rs 1,614.09 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

For the year ended March 31, 2022, the company has reported 3-fold jump in its net profit at Rs 569.82 crore as compared to Rs 186.18 crore for the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 30.78% at Rs 3,871 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 2,959.94 crore for year ended March 31, 2021.

For the year ended March 31, 2022, on the consolidated basis, the company has reported over 2-fold jump in its net profit at Rs 1,743.48 crore as compared to Rs 822.68 crore for the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 22.01% at Rs 8,735.84 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 7,159.65 crore for year ended March 31, 2021.
