Quick Heal Technologies has informed that the Board of Directors at its meeting held on May 05, 2022 through video conferencing which commenced at 04:00 pm IST and concluded at 7:05 pm, has approved following: Audited Financial Results of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2022, both Standalone and consolidated, Pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI Regulations, the company enclosed Audit Report for the audited financial results both standalone and consolidated for the financial year ended March 31, 2022 (including Form A for both standalone and consolidated) from its Statutory Auditors MSKA & Associates, Chartered Accountants, A Presentation in respect of aforesaid financial results,  A copy of the Press Release being issued in respect of aforesaid financial results and The Board has recommended a final dividend of ? 4.5 per equity share of ? 10 each for the year 2021-22. Pursuant to Regulation 33(3)(d) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘the regulations’), a declaration that Statutory Auditors of the Company have issued an Audit Report with Unmodified opinion on the Audited Financial Results of the Company (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2022.
