Wipro informs about grant of restricted stock units
Date: 07-05-2022Wipro has informed that the Company has granted 50,505 (Fifty Thousand Five Hundred and Five) Restricted Stock units under Company’s Restricted Stock Unit Plan 2007 to its identified employee. This grant is effective from May 06, 2022. These shall vest as per the vesting schedule approved by the Board Governance, Nomination and Compensation Committee of the Board and can be exercised over the exercise period as approved by the Committee.
