Coal India has informed that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 25. 2022, to consider, approve and take on record Audited Financial Results of the Company (Standalone & Consolidated) for the 4th quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2022; and recommendation of Final Dividend if any for 2021-22 to the shareholders of the Company. The Company has already closed its trading window under Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading in Securities of Coal India on March 28, 2022 and it will re-open on May 30, 2022.
