Sonata Software’s subsidiary company -- Sonata Software North America has incorporated subsidiary company namely ‘Sonata Latin America S. DE R.L. DE C.V.’ (SLA) in Mexico. With this SLA has become step-down subsidiary of Sonata Software. The subscribed share capital of SLA is 2,000 Mexican Pesos for which no government/ regulatory approval is required.
